Welcome to Live Oak. The owner of this home loved the location of this property, but knew the kitchen and bath needed updating. Black and white instantly updated the master bath. Removal of a wall that anchored the once tiny shower allowed the tub and shower location to be swapped. The end result,  a light filled shower and a free standing tub with a mesmerizing crystal chandelier centered overhead. Black custom shelves were the perfect fit in the awkward space left by the shower and provided easy access from the tub.

In the kitchen, it was obvious that the galley kitchen and pass-through needed to go. The homeowner's only request, don't move any plumbing, which meant the design needed to work around the current location of the appliances and sink. The island also provided extra seating and workspace and more than made up for the removed cabinetry storage.  Black natural stone countertops, farmhouse sink and backsplash are warmed up with the beautiful wood tones of custom cabinetry .
